Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering products online from GRITSOX.
To place an order through our website, you must be at least 16 years old, or older if that is required under applicable law, to enter into an agreement withGRITSOX, and a consumer, not a reseller.
You need an e-mail address to place an order. If you experience any problems in placing your order on our website, you may need to set your browser to accept both (functional) cookies and pop-upsin order to be able to use all thefunctionalities of the website, which includes adding items to your shopping cart andsubmitting your order.
When yousubmit anorder we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
Our acceptance of the order takes place when theproduct(s) are shipped to you, at which time we will send you an email confirming that the product(s) have been shipped. At this point a contract,containing our terms of sale, comes into existence. This is binding on you and us and forms the contract of sale. We recommend that you print or download a copy of these terms of sale and the relevant order confirmation email for future reference.
If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in writing and will not process the order. If we are unable to fulfil the full order, we will fill as much of the order as current stock levels will allow. We will confirm what is available and being sent in our email confirmation, along with an estimate of the timescale to complete the full order (see also our Refunds Policy). You will only pay one shipping charge.
Weretain title in any product(s) until we have received full payment for such product(s).
If you pre-order goods with a launch date, then we will reserve your goods and hold the whole order until the day before the launch date. We willship the pre-ordereditems viabest shipping method fordelivery,once item is in stock and ready to be shipped.
You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. We begin processing ordersimmediately via our online shop. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If successful we will send you an email confirmation. If the product has beenshipped, you will need to return to us in its original packaging, and in an unused form. You will have to meet any return shipping costs.
If, for any reason, you wish to return a product and receive a refund (you have a30 day period), please contact us stating your reason for return. We will give you instructions on how best to return the product to us. Please note that depending on the reason, you maybe responsible for the cost of shipping back to us, and that the product should be returned using a ‘signed for’ tracking service. Youare responsible for the product until it has been received, in good condition byGRITSOX. We will look to issue a full refund within7 days via the original method of payment on valid returns.
Once the package reaches its destination country and if any customs or import duties are levied by the government of the destination country, it must be paid by the recipient. This includes import taxes and other taxes and costs such as any local tax, custom clearance charge, et al where applicable.
GRITSOX accepts no liability for any additional charges levied by the government of the recipient country. By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges the recipient accepts liability for any charges applied by their government (including, but not limited to taxes, duties, and holding fees).
GRITSOX has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change. GRITSOX would advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information prior to placing any order.
GRITSOX will also not be liable for any further costs incurred because of customers refusing to pay the applicable customs charges and will charge accordingly for any charges incurred by GRITSOX because of the recipient’s refusal to pay the applicable charge levied by Customs.
The prices shown for standard delivery in the USA and between 3 and 9 days, depending on where you arelocated internationally. We have opted for the most competitive pricing, hence balancing theshipping times, and ECO footprint where possible. Please bear in mind that any delays in customs could add to these timescales but are beyond our control. If you dorequire a fastershipping method, please contact us and we will let you have your options and associated cost.
