GRITSOX ships domestic within the USA and worldwide. International shipping costs and import fees are customer’s responsibility. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, freight forwarders, re-shippers, commercial mailrooms, or parcel lockers.
We process orders Monday–Friday excluding holidays. Most orders are handed to the carrier within 24 hours on a business day but handling times may be longer during peak periods or high order volume. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are treated as placed on the next business day and handling time begins from that date.
Handling time is the period before your order is handed to the carrier and does not include transit time.
We work to meet these dates but packages may arrive earlier or later due based on carrier delivery times. Expedited options may be available for US Addresses only if you contact us before order is placed. Our goal is have happy customers and meet their needs as much as possible.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is in their care and responsibility. Transit times and delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by GRITSOX.
Packages may be delayed by severe weather, incomplete addresses, carrier volume, or regional service disruptions. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is fulfilled so you can follow its progress directly with the carrier. You can always contact us for any questions. International Shipping may have customs delays depending on country.
Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Once an order is prepared for shipment or has shipped, we cannot change the order or shipping address.
To update an address after shipment, contact the carrier directly. Address or shipping method changes may delay delivery and may result in fees charged by the carrier.

Undeliverable or refused shipments returned to sender will be treated under our return policy. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and re-shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility
A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order is ready to ship or has shipped.
Please note: Carriers may experience delays in updating tracking scans. In some cases, tracking may not update for several days or until the package is near delivery. These delays are outside of Gritsox control and does not mean your order has not shipped or is delayed.

In some cases, a package may be marked “Delivered” while still in transit. If you cannot locate your package after checking the delivery area, we recommend waiting at least 2 business days from the “Delivered” scan before contacting the carrier directly for assistance
Please note: GRITSOX is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once your order is in the shipping carrier’s possession. We cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Signature confirmation is not required for all shipments, but GRITSOX may require it for high-value orders at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item from us. Returning Items due to incorrect size chosen at checkout or any other reason other than product defect, or wrong item sent from us, customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
